Welcome to the BKUK Franchise Portal, provided by BKUK Group Ltd ("BKUK"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BKUK Franchise Portal (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms.
The BKUK Franchise Portal is designed exclusively for franchise holders of BKUK Group to submit reporting data. These services are available only to BKUK franchise holders and are not to be accessed by any other parties.
By using the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the Service. You are responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data you submit. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or any other purpose not intended by BKUK. Unauthorized access to any data or systems connected to this portal is strictly prohibited.
Access to the Service is granted via an email domain specific to franchise holders. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account information. Should there be any changes to your domain or if you suspect any breach of security, please contact immediately via email at ineedhelp@bkukgroup.co.uk.
All data submitted through the BKUK Franchise Portal remains the property of BKUK Group Ltd. Users acknowledge and agree that BKUK owns all legal right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including any intellectual property rights.
BKUK Group Ltd respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. By using the Service, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy.

BKUK and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither BKUK nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
